Membership 19/20

Has anybody else had problems obtaining their International Membership package? It has apparently been sent to me three times but as of yet I still did not recieve anything. Here is a copy of my last e-mail to the club re-the problem

Me again...Firstly I would like to wish you a Happy New Year...

Secondly, still no membership package???

I really cannot understand what the problem is. So far this year I have recieved at my address

Home & Away shirts from the Club Shop
Gift voucher purchased for my birthday by my staff
Mark Bright book sent by a friend for my birthday also ( I actually thought this was the Membership for 1 minute as I wasnt expecting it 🙂)

but no Membership. Even though it was apparently sent 3 times

I am tempted to just quit trying, but I just find it unbelievable that this cannot work and would still like to have it.
