I have bought and 1st floor flat and have become the freeholders.
The entire roof needs replacing and the people who own the ground floor flat are obliged to pay half. They have asked for a detailed report to prove that the roof does need replacing - Our roofer has said that to do a report will cost £150. Does that sound about right?
Any help would be appreciated.
