Coaching our defence

Just who is doing this? 16 games without a clean sheet and not doing the basics well this year are the reason why we are skirting the relegation zone. It's one thing to change our stacking style. It has no value if it is undermined by poor defending (and this has to be coached and drilled - boring but true). The last few games have shown this.

I think the squad needs help here. Trouble is, who does this?
