Got 5 people staying in a 5 star hotel in London now,very fancy and posh.Many of the staff think their shyte don't stink and it is hard work trying to get them to go the extra mile..spend will be about 15k for 2 nights.
Dealing with a 5 star hotel in New York for arrival on Monday (tomorrow).they can't do enough to help,offer assistance,keeping in touch with emails,even sending someone from the hotel to meet at JFK to make sure all goes ok. (cant get the London hotel to get someone to meet in the lobby on arrival)
Why are the Yanks so much better in this hotel service industry than we are ?
