Things to do in Vegas?

I'm going back to LV in August but this time I want to do more than gamble and drink. I've already decided to do the sky jump off the stratosphere and the zip line on Fremont street as well as having tickets to see Chris D'elia (comedian) at the mirage.

What things have people on here done other than the usual things?any hidden gems?
