Not getting email notifications

Not sure why, but I've realised that I'm no longer receiving email notifications when someone posts on a thread to which I have contributed.

Presumably I've accidentally clicked on something that has caused this. Can anyone kindly tell me what I need to do to rectify this - non-technical language please, as I'm a bit thick :o
