BFS has just gone up in my estimation - not often you see people in football calling out fans. Totally agree with him on the West Ham "way" (whilst he's at it he should have included their ridiculous tag line: Moore than a football club)

His comment about the players' reaction to the fans makes me hope that our relatively recent trend to a more positive atmosphere backing the team is a big help to our players.
