Looking for an old friend, can anyone help?

Hi,

I'm looking for an old mate of mine called Billy Rixon that I used go to games regularly with in the 80's.

I last saw him about 15 years ago, he was living in Waddon at that time but I have since lost contact with him.

It would be great to get back into contact with him so if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.
