Mine is how we've transformed into a side that can play in different styles and with numerous members of the squad depending on the opponent without losing anything quality wise.
We don't go into any games anymore trying to hold without any possession and only hit on the counter. We look like a premier league side now who can counter attack/pass it about and genuinely scare sides (even against the "big" sides). We don't look like a championship side trying to "hang on" in this division
