Been a lifelong Crystal Palace fan? Always wondered what it would be like to walk out of the tunnel at Selhurst Park and play on the famous Palace turf? Or would love the opportunity to play a competitive 11 a-side game on a Premier League pitch? We have the solution for you…
The Crystal Palace FC Foundation have organised a charity fundraising match, with the opportunity for potential players to bid for their coveted spot in our starting 11 and don the very same pitch where Club favorites such as Mark Bright and Ian Wright have once played – as well as many other Premier League stars to boot.
The game will be as close to a Premier League fixture as it gets! Full 90 minutes, 11 versus 11 and refereed by qualified officials. We will also be providing official Crystal Palace kit, team in A in the famous home kit of red and blue, and team B in the equally desirable away colours of yellow and blue.
The bidding process is open to anyone who would take an interest in playing at Selhurst Park on May 29th, 2pm kick-off. Rules are simple, whoever bids the most for their desired position wins the spot in that team. We will be auctioning off 2 sets of 11 playing positions, in a 4-3-3 set up.
