Palace recruitment vs Brighton

Saw these figures quoted reference Brighton's recent sales and it grates me to say they're obviously still in very good/even better shape with some more excellent recruitment plus having alot of money in the bank, it's like they have an eye for a conveyor belt of talent. Really does put our scouts/recruitment systems to shame looking at this, or have Brighton just got lucky?
