Considering Osian was technical director of football for 2 years with the Moroccan football federation I'm a little surprised we have not tapped into market over there. Surly he must have had a good knowledge of players at all levels considering his position. The World cup has shown us that there are some very good technical players coming through. Bizarre that we are not making the most of his insight.
