Somewhat funny irony that the SNP who hate everything Conservative with a passion are a key part of keeping the Conservatives in Government in Westminster.
Since the 1950's until 2015 Labour had more or less 45 Westminster seats from Scottish constituencies.
That's more than half the current Conservative majority.
So in pursuit of it's primary policy goal the SNP is enabling the party most
opposed to the SNP policy.
Also common sense would mean Labour would never support another referendum in Scotland.
This referendum issue will likely end up in court somewhere in 2/3 years.
