I did a quick review of the remaining fixtures for each team that is still in danger of the drop - which seems to be 9 teams at the moment - and thought others might find this useful/of interest.
Here's the run in for each team, the current position of each team they're facing, and then a calculation of the average place of team they're facing.



Things to observe:
- Palace have a considerably easier run of games left than everyone else.
- Brighton have by far the hardest, but are currently 7 points clear and could be job done by the time they play us. If not then who knows.
- Stoke, Southampton and West Ham all look precarious.
