My mobile was lost / stolen when we played Liverpool away and I am not insured. I am trying to get a replacement from O2 but I have to pay the remaining part of my contract (£200) then sign up for a new contract in order to get a replacement.
Has anyone got any ideas on how I can avoid these costs or a cheaper way of going about this?
