Simon Gleave, Head of Analysis at @GracenoteSports comments that Palace's win at West Brom was the 10th biggest surprise of the season in the Premier League according to Gracenote Sports' Euro Club Index ratings (most of the top-10 are apparently Liverpool losing).
This combined with defeats for Sunderland, Hull and Middlesbrough has materially improved the chances of Palace staying up this Season:
