Transition Re-Vamp

I get what he's trying to do and why, but there doesn't appear to be any positive signs of transition, only regression. With four massive games coming up in the remainder of the year, we need to go back to our routes for a while - go ugly and grind out some results. We still have the players to entertain and some might just improve with a more simplistic ethos. Keep it simple and we'll grind out some results, if we don't, I fear we are going to be in the bottom three come 2017.

Either that, or get another manager.
