Couple of days ago I received an email saying £70 had been put into my PS wallet. I called them yesterday and was told I would have a refund within 24 hours and was told someone had got hold of my playstation details but not to worry about cancelling my bank account. I called back and was told to cancel my bank account and the refund can take over 30 days. She reckons someone has my bank details so told me the opposite. Rude as anything but that's beside the point. Anyone had a similar experiance? Frustrating!
