Questions to Ask the Interviewer?

In short, got a 2nd interview for an internal role (more of a promotion, so I already work closely with hiring manager), and I am toying with the idea of asking, when they ask whether I have any questions at the end, 'whether they have any reservations about me in the role?'

Is that too punchy?
