Something (hopefully) fun to talk about. Does anyone remember the old early 80s Evening Standard London 5-a-Side tournament at Wembley Arena?
All the London league teams put out teams featuring first team players. It used to be fun seeing Jim Cannon and Peter Nicholas playing.
My question is, who would you pick for the 5-a-side team from our current squad? Baring in mind the rules of the game (ball should not go over waist height, etc.).
I think I'd choose Speroni, Ward, Souare, Jedi, Punch and Gayle.
In my opinion Bolasie and Wilf need more room and the pitch is too small for them.
