2 days to go its getting so close.......
Football again last night this time Liverpool lost a 1 goal lead in the Europa Cup Final to Sevilla. Watched thinking this could be us next season, the idea we might be in Europe whilst Liverpool are not next season made me smile. Wimbledon rise from the ashes continues they get to play off finals if in 2010 things had gone differently could of been us.
For the first time the emotion of what this means hits in ,after football watched a programme on the late Jimmy Hill, and it brought back the memories of watching Big Match or Match of the Day with my Grandad in the 70's after he stopped going. He first took me to Palace he must of been about my age then god I feel old. What this would of meant to him. That emotion did not last long BBC follow it with the Road to Wembley forget about us until Round 5 what the heck.
Programme due today though going shopping with the Mrs for a fireplace, part of the plan to change the Living Room / Dining Room. Hopefully postman will leave it with the Leeds fan old boy who wants nothing other than a Palace win.
Discussion on tattoo with wife yesterday has to be done if we win do I go for arm, leg , back. Don't think she is taking it seriously suggestions from her not suitable I am not going for one on the buttocks, scar on chest means no way there either ,so eagle suggestion for that from her rejected.
Balloons sorted shirts for next three days sorted, scarf for car sorted (it needs petrol for Saturday might get that today its that close)
