Home routers that support traffic shaping?

Getting ****ed off with daughter watching poxy Minecraft videos on Youtube and buggering up my Kodi streams.... but I'm not that mean a parent that I'd want to block it completely ;)

Anyone got any recommendations? Don't wanna spend more than £100.
