Mark Bright was a guest in counter attack tonight. This is an American soccer channel on Sirus/xm. He is a friend of John Harkes who hosts the show. Bright was on to discuss the Cambridge v MU game, he made a reference to "one of our academy boys" who had played 58 minutes. He was also asked about Pardew and said that the squad had gone flat under NW and that Pardew had reversed that and was doing well, he also said that Dwight Gayle was the best finisher he had ever seen at the club, even better than Wright was at the same age. He closed by saying that he knew the team for tomorrow, but wouldn't disclose it. I couldn't tell from his following comments whether Palace were playing a weaker team or a strong team for tomorrow as he basically said thT only teams in the relegation scrap of the premiership should rest players, but then said he thinks clubs should go for the FAC as the top 4 or 5 rest players and its a good chance to get to the final.
