The house next door was sold a few months ago and we have never met the new owners.
Building work started over a month ago and they are adding a rear ground floor extension under permitted development.
We have had nothing but problems from the start and despite never communicating with us they have trespassed on our property and on two occasions I have found them stood on my shed and have ordered them to get off. They have ruined the felt on the shed and I have spoken to the person in charge of the works and he said he will sort it out and he is sorry etc etc as yet nothing has happened.
I have never received a party wall agreement and over the last few days they have started removing walls within the property including the old external wall (which I think would need planning permission which they don't have).
In the process of removing this wall they have damaged the outside wall (pic included).
It has got to the stage where I feel I need to take some action before it gets well out of hand I'm sick and tired of the damage it is causing.
Any advice welcome
