Today's shambles of a performance was last year all over again, plenty of effort but no quality or leadership.
Parish needs to act fast and get a manager in and 3/4 signings or we're heading for the Championship. Such a shame as just 10 days ago we looked like a Premiership team and club, things change so quickly particularly at Palace.
