Anyone had problems with their printing on new kit??

My son was overjoyed to get his new Palace kit as the weekend, however before it's even been washed one of the letters in his name on the back of his shirt is starting to peel off! Just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems??

Also been looking for a club shop email address to email them for advice on the matter but can't find one, I'm presuming it might have changed since last year so can anyone point me in the right direction??
