Crystal Ball - Walsall

As this is the first knockout fixture of the season, some variations apply:



You still predict the final score, scorers and attendance for the usual points.



However there's a bonus point on offer for how we get there: if you say that either Palace or Walsall will win by at least a clear goal, you must say if it is in 90 minutes or 120. If you say that at the end of extra time the score remains tied, you pick who will win the penalty shoot-out though the margin doesn't matter. You can only get the bonus point if you get the correct result.



Here are some examples:

Palace win 2-0 in normal time. You predict 3-2. You get 1 point.

Palace win 2-0 in extra time. You predict 2-0. You get 3 points.

Palace win 2-0 in normal time. You predict 3-2 in normal time. You get 1 point + 1 bonus point.

Palace win 2-0 in normal time. You predict 2-1 in extra time. You get 1 point.

The game is drawn 1-1. Palace win 4-2 on pens. You predict 1-1 but Walsall to win on pens. You get 3 points.

The game is drawn 1-1. Palace win 4-2 on pens. You predict 2-2 and Palace to win 4-2 on pens. You get 1 point + 1 bonus point.
