I've seen her name mentioned a few times on here, mainly as mere speculation, and sometimes it's clear that the person who made the suggestion realised that 'it would never happen' and so are being mischievous or just curious as to what reaction they get. Well, I would be delighted with Hope Powell as our next manager.
Apart from the obvious fact that it would be a historic first, every time I've seen her speak she's been impressive. I've just had a little look at her Wikipedia page and my word, she's got an impressive track record. This is somebody I would really trust. I think we should be seriously considering her for the job.
