August 2014 - Best computer deals ?

I am hoping the good people of the BBS wil be able to help me decide/research what is the best computer i can buy now to take back to russia at the end of august.



I am also mixed up whether to buy a tablet like microsofft surface, or a laptop or indeed even an all in one touchscreen PC....i have an asus transformer at the moment which is slowing down, running out of memory for some reason and has a crack on the small screen....



What do i want it for ?

- Streaming palace matches....so would prefer a larger screen and anything that will help to avoid buffering.

- listening to music...but i do have a wireless speaker to help.

- Using the internet/run apps or software to help my life as an english teacher, e.g. prepare teaching materials ...although i have used google docs there always seems to be formatting problems when trying to convert, edit, and print ms word docs.... so i guess i need computer fully compatible with MS Office ??



- I dont create video or use it for games



... i have about 800-900 pounds....and a little bit more if i can get an exceptional machine ..



.should i stay with android ?



...what are people best deals at the mo?
