Recording Internet Audio Streams / Radio

Can anyone recommend a good programme for doing this? Specifically I want to download some shows from Xfm listen again, such as this:



To view the link you have to Register or Login



But also to be able to programme it to record shows.



I tried something already but it was full of adware and viruses so hope you can help!
