This is apparently the service that the seagull twats use for scouting, as seen on an argus news article warning that Bloom could want his money back at some point, or have some bad business etc. That's the reason I read the article, honest! ;)

I know there are a couple of scouting databases out there, not least Opts and also some use the Football Manager database!
Anyone know of any other scouting systems to help Dougie to get great players in cheap? :)
