Email just sent out to all LH ST holders:
Dear (SuttonExile)
We hope you are looking forward to what promises to be an exciting 2022/23 season.
We are writing to make you aware of a very serious matter, one that we hope you will support us on.
For context, Selhurst Park is licenced by the Sports Ground Safety Authority (SGSA) and Croydon Council as an all-seater stadium. Unfortunately, the club has now come to the attention of both organisations due to persistent standing in the Lower Holmesdale. Both the SGSA and the Council have informed the club that if persistent standing in this stand continues, it is within their rights to impose sanctions of a capacity reduction. This could mean around 500 supporters would have to be moved out of the stand, and as a result you could be directly affected.
Persistent standing can have a negative impact on the safety of supporters due to the increased risk of crush injuries, aisles and gangways being blocked, which also affects emergency exit routes. The enjoyment and matchday experience of other supporters can also be adversely affected by having their view blocked or the space around them being crowded.
Standing during the following is not classed as persistent standing as long as supporters return to their seat as quickly as possible and we fully expect supporters to stand during these times:
At times of excitement during play (eg. a goal chance)
During a controversial incident
During VAR decisions
When goals are scored
Half-time
Full-time
To support the club and to avoid us all being impacted by the proposed sanctions, we ask that you do not persistently stand this season for the safety and enjoyment of fellow supporters around you and to help ensure we can keep the stadium at full capacity.
Thanks for your understanding and support on this matter.

A couple of issues with this email for me:
1) install rail seating/safe standing
2) over half of the lower stand for the whole game good luck implementing it
