Owen Paterson - an innocent man?

He has been found guilty of giving contracts to companies that have paid him. In the commercial world, he’d be out on his ear and probably prosecuted. However, he is pleading his innocence. Andrea Leadsom is trying to change the procedure. Either which way, the whole thing stinks, as politicians behave as if they are beyond scrutiny and above the law.
