A small one that I am hoping can cleared up quite quickly
We have a tree that has grown to about 35ft now and is next to the fence, our neighbours fence, but well away from their or our house
My neighbour mentioned last year that it is affecting the fence, causing a slight bowing of the panel, which I can see, its very minor, and doesn't appear to have affected the cement posts nor the cement kickboards the fence panels sit on nor does it stop the fence functioning
Working from home and looking out the window I've just seen him taking pictures of it so am expecting a knock later to discuss it more seriously
My question to you all is does he have a leg to stand on? Can he request I cut my tree down? It's only a fence, and when I look at the other side, my fence, I can see it bowing and couldn't care less tbh, same with the fence at the back
