Microsoft Word HELP!

Can I appeal for help with a Word problem. I have read up, googled but still cannot solve it. Any Word experts?

How can I add crop marks and, or bleed a picture to print to the edge of a page?
I have latest version.

Any help very much appreciated . . . It keeping me awake.
