Small gin and beer fest help and ideas.

Good evening BBS. My local Legion club is holding a small gin and beer festival with possibly 8 or so different gins and around the same number of ales. Not having been to many of these sorts of things I am looking for some ideas and advice on what goes down well at these events. I think we have the actual gin and ales sorted along with a 3 piece jazz band. What other things have you enjoyed at beer tests or gin fests that we could include to make it a success.
