Police in stand-off with possible gunman in Addiscombe
A man who claims to have a gun and has made threats to kill in a suspected domestic dispute has caused a lockdown in Addiscombe.
Police are negotiating with the suspect, who is in a car in Pagehurst Road..
Armed and unarmed officers were called to the scene at around 8.30am on Tuesday, and road closures are in place.
The local police Twitter feed @MPSCroydon said: "Police were called shortly after 8.30am today by a man threatening to harm people....
