Best - SP staying with a benevolent billionnaire who can provide top price sponsorship to boost the coffers and is prepared to spend on infrastructure and give Sainsburys the value of the land (or even a bit over) to get the stand moving.
Worst - SJ returns backed by a shadowy untraceable set of money men for somewhere where local laws can be flexible if you have the right contacts money but who get shot/arrested/vanish 3 weeks after the ink is dry on the contract.
Most likely of course is another set of US investors still thinking you can make serious cash from "soccer" in the UK.
