They're pricey, but beautifully and brilliantly designed.
And, rather wisely given the price, Bose have them on a 30 day trial offer. I'm on day five so far and - apart from a rather limited sound library (i.e no pink/blue noise), a problem which is easily rectified in the coming months - I think they really are rather good at helping with night-time tinnitus.
