Howeve Im pleased to report that Chelsea are being don for illegal signing of 29 under 18s foreign players, This nay drag on a bit since, quelle suprise, they have appealed, but this time bext year they could be stuggling to sign anybo, Good news for all and may be for English kids too perhaps.MMan City may also have a ( smaller) problem
