Hello everyone
First, can I introduce myself I am the Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) at Doncaster Rovers. I am here just to post a quick message and some information regarding your visit to the Keepmoat Stadium.
On Sunday the Crystal Palace fans will be allocated our North Stand. I believe the coaches will be dropping fans off directly outside. The turnstiles will be open around 14:30 which food and drink available in the concourse. Outside the stadium, there will be some street food available, with Devons Kitchen serving Jamaican food.
Unfortunately, all Car Parks are fully booked. There are a small number of local businesses that often open up for people to park, but these are left at the owners' own risk. I would strongly advise fans not to park in the Lakeside Shopping Village. At around 6 pm they do lock the car park down and any cars that are left in will be locked in.
If you are travelling by train, exit the train station and walk to the top of the car park. Once you reach the main road turn right and cross over the first 3 roundabouts. As you drop down the hill and approached the 4th roundabout, turn left and follow the road and the stadium will then become visible. Alternatively, you can turn left out of the train station and into the bus station, there is a shuttle bus that makes regular visits to the stadium.
I have tried to attach our away fans guide that was produced by the club with information regarding the Keepmoat and the surrounding areas. However, I am struggling to upload it, if any of the admin staff can help I would appreciate it. In the meantime, if you wish to see the guide please drop me an email and I will happily forward it on to you.
If you have any questions then please leave a comment, my email address is dean.medcalf@clubdoncaster.co.uk or you can tweet me at @drfc_away.
Thank you for your time and I hope that you all have a safe journey.
Kind Regards
Dean Medcalf
