Rare Palace programmes

Over the last few months I've been filling some blanks in my collection of Crystal Palace home programmes.

There are now just 20 home programmes from the 1960/61 season onwards which I haven't got. I was wondering whether anyone confirm whether a) programmes for some of these games exist b) possible sources to get hold of them.

2010/11 - Norwich City (original postponed fixture on Boxing Day)
2007/08 - Everton (Friendly)
1999/00 - Colchester United (League Cup)
1995/96 - Grimsby Town (re-arranged game on 5th March)
1995/96 - Luton Town (re-arranged game on 19th March)
1993/94 - Peterborough United (re-arranged on 1st Feb)
1985/86 - Brighton (Full Members Cup)
1984/85 - Grimsby Town (League)
1979/80 - Chelsea (Friendly)
1976/77 - Portsmouth (original game on Boxing Day)
1974/75 - Watford (League Cup)
1972/73 - Dundee (Friendly)
1972/73 - Lazio (Anglo Italian Cup)
1972/73 - Newcastle (Anglo Italian Cup Semi Final)
1971/72 - Maccabi Nathanya (Friendly)
1970/71 - Arsenal (Friendly, played at the Crystal Palace Sports Centre)
1970/71 - Clyde (Friendly)
1965/66 - Aberdeen (Friendly)
1965/66 - Shamrock (Friendly)
1964/65 - Leicester City (League Cup)

Also if anyone feels there are home programmes from particularly rare games which you feel I might easily have overlooked (e.g. the Football League Trophy games vs Wimbledon and Millwall in 82/83 season) or friendlies, as I'm trying to be sure I have built a comprehensive list.
