Watching the video of that dramatic last day at Sheff Wed, I was wondering was has been better promotion or avoiding relegation. In my time following Palace I think I have endure both on equal measures.
For me the 1988/89 play off win was one of the best, but the last day at Stockport was right up there, seeing Dougie cut from the defence before slotting home right in front of the thousands of Palace fans was something very special.
