I've been relatively relaxed all week in the build-up to Sunday's crunch match, but with the weekend so close the nerves have suddenly hit me.
It could all be in vain - of course - if Sunderland pull another result out of the bag tomorrow, but until 4.50pm on Sat I'll be assuming the worst.
Browsing the BBS is probably making me more nervous than I should be, but I just can't concentrate on work. I find myself flicking back to it every five minutes.
What are you doing to take your mind off it? Or are you as calm as a metaphorical cucumber?
