Florida Gulf Coast and the Keys

Been up and down the east coast of Florida down to Miami so know it fairly well.
Off to the Gulf side (Tampa) next week for 3 weeks and going all the way down to Key West.

Any suggestions of things to see/visit that I should do (the Mrs is going to be with me,so no naughty stuff of please )
