Long story short sold my old Audi A3 in an auction on eBay which ended on Monday night. The advert was detailed with the condition of the vehicle and the fact the air bag warning light is on due to a faulty sensor.
Messaged the guy when he wanted the car and it was all arranged and all good.
Yesterday he messaged to say he wants 150 quid off the selling price to get the light turned off. I flat out refused on the grounds he should have factored that into the bidding price he made. He then said he wanted to "cancel his order" like he has a choice in the matter.
Roll on today and he messaged to say he wanted to "re-order" the car for the full selling price. He is coming from Essex and wants collecting from the East Croydon station.
I'm tempted to agree to get him and just not bother to show up and then message him after with some **** you style message about time wasters.
What would you do?
