Match Ticket Information Reached Allocation

Hi wise people of the BBS.

Just logged in to buy four Arsenal tickets and it says...

'You have reached your allocation.'

None of us has bought any yet.
Any way to fix this rather than sit on the phone for hours on end in the morning?
