allardyce will "sort players out"

To quote Keith Millen. I am just a humble supporter but WTF is Keith saying here? Anyone have some credible opinion?
Which players need sorting out and in what way?And why would Sam be able to do what Pardew couldn' t if there is such a problem.
Please advise or my turkey will be spoiled.
