Yes the team is low on numbers....but that's partly down to Pardew's training over the last few weeks...
Yes Chelsea has the more expensive squad but we all know Pardew's form this year and he shows little sign that he can control his good or bad runs of form...or improve players...
The time is now.......to stay up we need a better manager and need him to have the Christmas window to get a few new faces in...
