Signed into my Hotmail account today and my folders seem to have disappeared.
Usually I have a list on the left hand side, but there is nothing at all except the word 'Folders'
Any idea on where they have gone or how I can restore them?
I refer to old emails in them all the time, so apart from frustrated I'm baffled as well.
Google doesn't seem to be mush help.
Any ideas?
